I saw this small, old boy running scared in North Encanto Historic District around 11:15am om 10/29/24, initially on West Earll Dr. going west near 15th Ave., and finally caught him. Mostly black with white under neck & white paws. VERY sweet, very tired, very thin, hungry, in my home & loves belly rubs. I'm guessing a Chihuahua/Chihuahua Mix? He has a harness on but no tag & is not microchipped. He's great on a leash & in the car! My cell is 602-400-0008. PLEASE HELP find his rightful owner!
